I got to know Pat through the Lifespan Respite Care Program. Pat was a committed advocate and as founder of the OH Respite Coalition, undertook trailblazing activities to help promote respite care for all family caregivers in the state. She shared her wisdom, energy and knowledge with the entire national respite network, leaving her mark and helping to shape the newly forming Lifespan Respite program across the country. She will be missed.

I so enjoyed getting to know Pat over the years with a group of woman friends who got together for drinks, dinner and conversation and lots of laughs. She was always so upbeat, open and kind hearted. She was so proud of her kids and loved sharing stories with us and especially becoming a grandmother. I could always count on her to be well informed about politics, and was so articulate and passionate. We shared many laughs and good times and I will miss her open, easy way and sweet smile. much love
My condolences to the family. The death of a loved one brings many tears and pain. May God give the family peace and comfort during this difficult time. Psalms 46:- God is our refuge and strength, A help that is readily found in times of distress.

So sorry that I can not be in Ohio today to tell you in person how much I thought of Pat and loved her. She was the best friend and such a wonderful, independent person. God bless all of you! Marilyn

Pat will be sorely missed at our music gigs. She was the life of the party and a great dancer. We will miss her. I am sure she will continue to watch over us all in her front row seat in Heaven. Love you, Mickey
